Don't just reach for that phone.....
REMEMBER - ALWAYS CALL THE POLICE IF A CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED. (101) or (999 IF CRIME IN PROGRESS), TAKE THEIR ADVICE AND COOPERATE WITH ALL THEIR ENQUIRIES. ONLY WHEN ALL POSSIBLE ASSISTANCE FROM THEM IS EXHAUSTED - CONTACT US.
It is unfortunate that Police resources are under pressure these days and many of the services we offer used to routinely be additionally performed by the Police. If you need extra help with a situation - then we are here when the Police cannot be. We are here to compliment and assist the Police - not instead of.
The best way to contact us initially is via the number on the ‘contact’ page (Social hours please).
On the rare occasion you get a voicemail please leave specific instructions on how and when to call back. We will never divulge who we are or why calling. There will be some who call who need special consideration. Consider using a public phone so number cannot be spotted on bills or call logs. All conversations are confidential. - Please keep our contact private. If you tell everyone you are going to call us - you may make it much harder for us to help.
We will only ever work in full cooperation with the Police and in accordance with the law. We may need written authority for the Police to share information with us about your investigation.
